I believe there is a resilience of spirit within each of us and my task is to highlight that and give it strength. I work with mostly individual clients and sometimes families or couples to help them see their own unique ability to surpass life’s inevitable challenges. As a respectful collaborator, I use gentle curiosity to get to the root of thoughts, behaviors and emotions that may no longer be serving you. I have training in perinatal mental health, helping pregnant and post-partum mothers and parents adjust to the parenting role. I also enjoy working with folks on intuitive eating and body acceptance, stress reduction, family estrangement and increased mindfulness.
