Let's face it - life can be pretty tough sometimes. Work, family, relationships, anxiety, stress... It can be a long list. The positive spin is that you do not need to tackle it all by yourself. Therapy is an excellent place to receive extra support and work towards positive change. My role is to meet you where you're at, help you identify your goals, and start making steps to reach those goals.
