Hi, I'm Sara! I help women build confidence, feel more at ease in their bodies, make authentic decisions, and connect more deeply with themselves and others in this chaotic, heavy, and overwhelming world. This is a space to let go of perfection and get curious about what you're experiencing, so you can feel grounded, whole, and fully alive. I offer walk-and-talk and virtual therapy for women; many of my clients come to me for support with anxiety, low self esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, and eating disorder recovery. We can talk, create art, play games, or connect with nature while we explore your emotions, find your voice, and move through challenges at your own pace.
