About
My intention, as I walk on the healing path with my clients, is to empower self love. We are worthy, throughout our entire life cycle, of receiving all that life has to offer. Symptoms are connected to layers of shame and distrust built up over time through trauma and false programming. Once we understand the patterns that keep us trapped in our symptoms and heal the trauma that activated those patterns, we can make the choice to actively love ourselves and create the life of our dreams. I have extensive training and experience in healing trauma and addiction through art therapy, expressive art therapy, and mindfulness. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Eco-therapy certificate from Southwestern College. My personal spiritual connection is with the earth, and this very deeply informs my work.
