My name is Sara Mitchell, I am a counselor in the state of Michigan and Blue Cross of Massachusetts. I have experience helping clients with, anxiety, relationships, grief and loss, depression, self esteem, trauma, and confidence. I specialize in with working with young adults. I have often been told by clients that I am the right therapist after searching for a match. I understand and relate to the struggles of introverts, sensitive individuals, and people with complex lives. I am a Christian with masters level spiritual training. I am happy to provide faith based therapy or simply be a peaceful presence in a therapeutic role.
