I feel honored to work with individuals as they navigate the many changes that life brings-adolescence, transitioning to adulthood, marriage and family, career changes, divorce, loss of loved ones, and aging. Often, these changes create anxiety, depression, anger, and feeling "stuck" - and we may not know how to move forward. My clients seek to understand themselves better, to change old, unhelpful patterns of thinking and belief, and create lives full of meaning and joy! I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and the effects of trauma and abuse. I offer a safe, accepting, and honoring space using a combination of talk therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness practices, somatic interventions, internal family systems, and Brainspotting.
