My favorite type of clients are ones that have been working hard, trying to be perfect, and realize they have been ignoring their own feelings. I work with high achieving adults who want to make changes. Maybe you deal with anxiety, depression, old hurts or current stressors and self-care is a complete unknown to you. I work with parents struggling with parenting anxiety, feeling bad or worried about the ways your children are affected by your home life. And I work with adolescents who are very capable, but are frozen by anxiety.
