I am an LPC with almost 20 years of experience. I am licensed in Missouri, Kansas, New Hampshire & Alabama. I am able to treat a variety of presenting issues; specialty areas include eating disorders, trauma, OCD and more. I am able to offer a variety of approaches & specialize in CBT, DBT and Intuitive Eating. I offer online: psychotherapy, disordered eating support group, intuitive eating coaching & a 10 week Intuitive Eating course (live or on-demand). I offer yoga & somatic movement online as well. I take insurance in several states.
