You have difficulty seeing beyond the here and now, unable to find solutions, and you can't come back to a sense of self because everything else seems to be keeping you from peace. You're wanting to take control and live a life you've been dreaming of. I work specifically with substance use, depression, anxiety, and general life transitions.
