I work with individuals, couples and families who want more balance in everyday life and to improve their relationships with self and others. Clients who share space with me want to understand how to feel better, how to think more productively and how to access their strengths in a way that will bring them closer to their goals. My approach is collaborative and affirming. By working together in a safe, compassionate, and curious space, I am able to help my clients feel more attuned to their wants, needs and constraints to change.
