I believe in people. We are resilient. With connection and support, we can heal, change, and grow. My core values are connection and compassion, and I believe that healing happens when we connect with others who see us in our wholeness and listen compassionately. I feel honored to hold space for clients during vulnerable and heavy experiences, to listen compassionately and reflectively, and to witness my clients discover their strength. Using a trauma-responsive approach, I integrate relational and experiential therapies to create a supportive space for clients to explore emotions and build resilience.
