I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults with a trauma-informed person-centered therapeutic approach. I believe clients hold the tools for change, and my role is to help them access their strengths with clarity and confidence. I have experience facilitating anger management and intensive outpatient (IOP) groups at an outpatient treatment center, and I have co-facilitated teen IOP at a Parent Child Resource Center which has strengthened my understanding of behavioral patterns, emotional regulation, and recovery. In sessions, I’m warm, direct, and collaborative.
