Hi and welcome! My name is Sara and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) here in Minnesota. I split my time between offices in St Louis Park and North Loop, offering both telehealth and in-person sessions. I primarily work with individuals and intimate partners, high school age and up. The content of that work is different for everyone, but some major themes include identity, relationships, life transitions and satisfaction, among others. In therapy- just as in life- we bring our unique self to the relationship and space. Some things you can expect from me are warmth, curiosity, and patience.
