I am a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in New Jersey. My ideal client is someone who has awareness and motivation to improve their overall being in a safe and accepting space. I have experience working with adolescents and adults who may be experiencing stressors, life adjustments, or traumas. I aim to foster a safe, comfortable environment to form collaborative relationships with my clients built on honesty, trust, and mutual respect. Together, we will process issues, identify treatment goals, and facilitate new skills unique to your lifestyle and experiences. My goal is to facilitate topics unique to the individual's life, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. I want to challenge maladaptive belief systems and replace them with nourishing routines and thought processes. I have varying experience but specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress, life changes, self-esteem, and trauma.
