Often making the decision to seek professional help is not an easy one. I understand and respect the difficulties that individuals and families face coming to a therapist; whether it is for the first time, or other clinicians and modalities have been tired before. I do not believe in a "one treatment fits all approach" and use different approaches to work on interpersonal skills development, coping skills training, relationships, parenting, anxiety and depression management, and personal growth. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, who are motivated to make changes to meet their own personal treatment goals.
