It would be a pleasure to work with you on your therapeutic journey! It takes a lot of strength and courage to be able to seek help! I work primarily with individuals, couples, and families, including but not limited to depression/anxiety, trauma, addiction/substance abuse, and relationship issues. I specialize in trauma work and integrate EMDR therapy as well as other trauma-focused approaches to work through unresolved trauma and adverse events from the past that may leave you stuck. I use a variety of modalities and interventions, dependent on the presenting issue.
