Hello, my name is Sara and I specialize in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and related disorders, phobias, and anxiety disorders. I enjoy working with children, teens, and adults in person but I also offer telehealth sessions across the state of Florida. My treatment approach uses a combination of evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), and comprehensive behavioral treatment (ComB) with habit reversal training (HRT). I also incorporate dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills when relevant.
