With both personal and professional experience with mental health issues, I aim to make others feel understood while providing hope, skills, feedback, and direction. I specialize in working with young adults and older teens with anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, and substance use. I also specialize with the chronic illness community, and those whose physical illnesses have impacted their mental health. My office is located in Ridgefield, CT.
