It’s hard to get a real sense of someone from a few paragraphs on a screen, especially when every therapist starts with some version of “I provide a safe, supportive space…” So here’s the real version: I’m direct, grounded, and not afraid to challenge you, but I also bring warmth, humor, and humanity into the room. Therapy with me is an active process. We’ll delve into the details when needed, utilize fundamental evidence-based tools, and create a space where we can be honest about what is going on. My primary therapeutic focus is on those who have experienced trauma or grief, have ADHD, or struggle with low self-esteem.
