I provide therapeutic support for adults, children, teens, and families that have experienced psychological trauma, are experiencing a challenging life transition, or want to build self-awareness and resiliency. My focus is working with children and their parents, especially between the ages of 3 to 7 years old, using Play Therapy. With all ages of individuals I have the ability to get to the root causes of psychological symptoms using Psychodynamic Therapy and Sandplay Therapy. I also use evidence based short term treatment modalities such as CBT, depending on my clients desires and needs.
