My approach honors each person as the expert of their own story, creating a compassionate space where vulnerability is welcomed and self-discovery can unfold. I offer support for trauma, anxiety, psychedelic integration, adult adoptee experiences, attachment, women’s issues, body image concerns, mood and personality patterns.
