With over 24 years of experience as a social worker, I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults who have been impacted by trauma, abuse, and a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. My clinical practice is grounded in trauma-informed care and includes extensive work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other related disorders. I also have experience with couples therapy, I am presently being trained in the Gottman Method. I draw on both Gottman principles and Emotionally Focused Therapy to support couples in building stronger, more emotionally connected relationships.
