I’m Sara Trosty Walsh, LCSW, the founder of Wellness Counseling Group, and I bring over 25 years of experience in psychotherapy, specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. I earned my degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Work and have extensive experience supporting individuals and families as they navigate the emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer. As a two-time cancer survivor myself, I bring a deeply personal understanding of diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship, blending empathy with strong clinical skill.
