My approach to therapy is to create a collaborative experience; I will work with you to figure out what you need and how I can support you, while encouraging you to recognize your strengths. It is my priority to build trusting, supportive therapeutic relationships and to provide a safe space where you can feel seen, understood and accepted. I work with an open mind, a sense of humor and a creative, body-oriented approach. Mindfulness, movement, art, writing and play may be used during our sessions to help promote self-expression and self-exploration.
