About

Is your child struggling with anxiety, depression, a big life change or a recent trauma? Are you an adult navigating a transitional phase in your life and overwhelmed with stress, worry, or fear? As an Expressive Arts Therapy Student Intern, using a trauma-informed approach, we will work collaboratively and creatively to meet your goals. I will help you access coping skills and hold space for emotional expression. I specialize in working with neurodivergent children and adolescents, emerging adults, life transitions, Alzheimer’s, TBI, ADHD, depression, anxiety and trauma. My approach is integrative, grounded in strengths-based and narrative practices, while drawing from trauma-informed care, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and a systems perspective that considers the broader social, cultural, and environmental factors shaping your life. I can help you with emotional regulation and regaining a sense of agency in your life.
