Welcome and thank you for visiting my page! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, with a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. My expertise is in working with adolescents and adults to manage and overcome their difficulties with anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships. I’m a person-centered therapist and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and mindfulness techniques to help my clients reach their goals, tailoring my style to best serve each client I work with.
