It can feel intimidating to reach out for help, which is why I approach therapy in a gentle and compassionate manner. My focus is on individuals and couples who want to address their relational, emotional, and sexual wellbeing. It is my frame of thought that the relationships, both with ourselves and with others, are at the core of emotional health. My clients seek to improve emotional connections and empathy, as well as their experience of sex and sexuality. I am clinically trained to work with a wide range of clients and issues.
