Hello and thank you for being here today, alive, curious and contemplative about your next step with mental health and healing. I know first-hand that life is a beautiful, painful and exhausting mix of highs and lows which can be hard to manage on our own. I also know we can get lost on the journey and looking for the right therapist is challenging. As a proud Mexican, gender fluid, pansexual, first generation immigrant human, my hope is to provide a safe and affirming space to help my clients/patients as you navigate life and mental health. I offer therapy services in English and Spanish to support clients processing trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relational concerns, life adjustments, gender identity issues, LGBTQIA+ concerns, sexuality and processing general life stressors. I use varying approaches such as Person-Centered, CBT, Solution Focused, EMDR techniques and mindfulness.
