Hello! My name is Sara Viola, LSW. I’m a licensed psychotherapist specializing in trauma-informed and integrative therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and the lasting impact of past experiences, including complex trauma (C-PTSD). I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from multiple frameworks to meet each person where they’re at. My work focuses on helping clients process and work through trauma, understand how past experiences continue to shape present patterns, and shift internal narratives that no longer feel supportive or aligned.
