Choosing a therapist is a deeply personal decision. I believe the foundation of meaningful counseling is trust, safety, and genuine connection. With nearly two decades of experience as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples during some of the most vulnerable and transformative seasons. My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person's unique story. Therapy offers a space to better understand patterns, heal emotional wounds, and develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others. I am a Certified Prepare/Enrich Marriage & Premarital Facilitator. I am trained in EMDR Trauma Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Gottman Method for Couples. These evidence based approaches allow me to support individual clients and couples in addressing unhealthy patterns, trauma, strengthening relationships, and improving communication.
