My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, non-judgmental place for all of us to be real. In a world filled with perfect images and expectations, it's easy to lose sight of who we actually are and where we want to be. Life is filled with ups and downs. It's a privilege to help navigate them. I enjoy working with clients aged 18-100 who need help with self-esteem, boundaries, anxiety or couple dysfunction. Also offering clinical supervision.
