Welcome! I specialize in working with clients to address challenges with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues. I have experience working with individuals of many different cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is firmly anti-racist and anti-discriminatory, as I want all to feel welcomed and valued when seeking mental health support. While I may not have the same identity as you do, I am always curious to better understand how your experience has shaped you.
