Hi, my name is Sara! I work with women, especially those in college, the LGBTQIA+ community, and the neurodiverse community, including Autistic people and ADHDers. If you're feeling like you don't fit in, or if you're struggling to connect - with the world, with others, or even with yourself - you've come to the right place. If you've ever struggled with perfectionism, or felt as if you are not enough - I've been there and I want to help. I have lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent woman, and I'm passionate about giving back to my communities, though I welcome clients from all walks of life - let's learn from each other! I have experience working with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, self-esteem, life transition issues, and identity issues. I strive to honor your lived experience, and pride myself on being Neurodivergent-, LGBTQIA+-, and disability-affirming. I believe in body positivity, no matter your size, and am sex-positive.
