If you are seeking therapy to improve your child's behavior, I will use Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to help you learn and practice effective strategies to reduce your child's challenging behaviors while strengthening your relationship with them. If you are seeking individual therapy, you’ll have the opportunity to explore your experiences and identity in a safe, nonjudgmental space.
