Are you feeling discouraged in your parenting journey? Are you worried about your child, but not sure where to start? I'm here to help! I work with adults, teenagers, and adolescents who are seeking support in achieving their goals. I place great emphasis on attachment and give attention to the entire family system in the therapeutic process. I believe that the parent-child relationship is foundational to a child’s emotional and psychological development, and my approach to therapy centers around empowering parents to create stable, compassionate, and healthy environments for their children. I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment planning, as no two families are the same. I love working with the whole family, specifically parents, to support growth in my clients. I am a TBRI practitioner, Certified Connected Families Parent Coach, am a graduate of C.A.S.E's Training for Adoption Competency, and have completed Level 1 Theraplay training.
