My typical client is wanting to heal from trauma, get rid of annoying triggers, learn calming techniques and coping skills to lessen anxiety and manage stress, lessen depression, improve communication skills and increase interpersonal effectiveness, learn assertiveness, learn distress tolerance, learn skills to practice mindfulness, develop emotional regulation, manage moods, develop resiliency and feel better overall. I also work with couples to restore their relationship. I am a trauma informed counselor, understand how trauma affects all parts of a person's life and know healing can happen.
