Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, body image issues, or a season of change, counseling can offer a space to reflect, rebuild, and begin moving forward toward something better. My name is Sarabeth, and supporting others in their healing is both my calling and my joy. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults of all ages. My approach blends clinical insight with compassion, offering a safe, grace-filled space for growth. For those who desire it, I also provide Christian counseling that integrates biblical truth with evidence-based care. My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Some modalities I draw from are CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting. I have training in eating disorders and body image concerns. I tailor therapy to support emotional health, personal growth, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
