Hi! My name is Sarah and I'm here to help. Life experience has taught me that even the smallest action can make a meaningful difference, and at times, the only thing we truly have control over is our perspective. I work with individuals needing space to work through barriers to personal growth and cope with short & long term life stressors. Person-centered ("talk therapy") is my main approach, coupled with Cognitive-Behavioral & Motivational Interviewing techniques to facilitate the change process. I am passionate about learning from different worldviews and cultures, and I value the diverse perspectives that my clients bring to therapy. As I continue in my career, I aspire to be a part of the change process, helping individuals reclaim their sense of agency and hope
