My philosophy is that while we can’t always control our circumstances, we can control how we react to them. My primary experience is working with adults in adjusting to major life changes, coping with grief and loss of all kinds, depression, anxiety and how difficult change can be - especially when it’s out of your control. Together, we will work to help you develop the tools and strategies to be able to better manage and more effectively cope with these challenges. My ultimate hope is to help you live life in a way that is most meaningful and fulfilling to you, based in your values.
