I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and a Board Certified Counselor. I work well with young professionals experiencing difficult life transitions, anxiety, and stress as well as persons who would like to process their trauma. Together, we will build coping techniques and resilience as we identify and change maladaptive thought patterns and you gain insight into yourself. I strive to provide a nonjudgmental, supportive and calm environment for you to safely express yourself.
