I often treat adolescents and adults suffering from anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as couples and families grappling with interpersonal struggles. Extensive training and experience in trauma-focused therapy allows me to help clients process and heal from painful experiences, and has shown me how profoundly life experience can shape one's view of themselves and their world.
