Sometimes it feels impossible to get out of our own heads, as though worries, fears, and stressors are taking over our life. Or maybe you feel like it’s difficult to understand and accept yourself. No matter your struggles or stressors, I am so glad you’re here. You have already taken the first step! Therapy is built on trust, connection, and empathy. I work collaboratively with my clients to create a space that works for them, utilizing relational therapies (such as internal family systems) and compassion-based cognitive behavioral therapies (ACT, CBT, and DBT) to help clients tolerate difficult emotions, and gain insights.
