My approach is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, drawing from evidence-based methods such as CBT, ACT, and SFBT, as well as play therapy for younger clients. For children and teens (ages 8–17), I often include parents to strengthen communication and support progress. As a mother, military spouse, and someone who grew up in a blended family after divorce, I have firsthand insight into the challenges families and individuals face and navigate.
