As a therapist, I view myself as an accessible, everyday resource, offering a safe and supportive space for individuals to navigate and process life's various stressors. While I don't believe that a formal diagnosis is necessary for therapy, I recognize that insurance may require one for coverage. Although I am not certified in EMDR, I am happy to refer clients to trusted colleagues with the necessary expertise and collaborate as needed to provide the best care. I am down-to-earth as they come.
