I have worked with many populations and can adapt to clients to provide them with what they need from therapy, and to help them reach their therapeutic goals. My approach to treatment depends mostly on the client and what brings them to therapy. I view the world through a dialectical lens, recognizing that though we wish things were black and white, we often live in the grey. I strive to provide a safe, comforting environment where clients feel seen and valued. I recognize that each client is an individual and that clients seek out treatment for a variety of reasons.
