Maybe you’re the “strong one,” the responsible one, the one everyone leans on — and meanwhile you’re quietly falling apart behind the scenes. I help women and older teens who feel anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck in patterns like emotional eating, people-pleasing, or addiction. My style is real and down-to-earth—no jargon, no judgment, just honest conversations and practical tools. While much of my work focuses on supporting women, I also work with men who connect with these same struggles and want a grounded, relatable therapist.
