I possess multidisciplinary qualifications including 20+ years experience working with individuals and groups in outpatient & residential settings, for mental health & substance abuse/dependency/codependency issues. My style is empathic, authentic, insightful, empowering, and interactive while utilizing a variety of psychotherapeutic modalities to best assist clients' growth. I believe the object of therapy is to help ease suffering while facilitating growth and change to improve personal functioning.
