I support clients through life transitions, family blending, divorce, self-harm, trauma, and more. A lot of my work has revolved around supporting children and their families in crisis. I’ve helped children and families learn how to navigate big feelings and safety plan around risk behaviors. I use a person-centered, strength-based approach to build rapport and assess the best interventions. I also integrate somatic techniques to gain a deeper understanding of self and how one processes their emotions. Therapy offers a transformative space to learn relational skills and create positive change.
