Welcome to my page, I would be happy to help you overcome what you are dealing with. I help my clients with marriage/relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health disorders. I provide a comfortable space and naturally put my clients at ease. I know talking to a new therapist can cause angst for some and my job is to decrease that immediately. I have years of experience helping clients from ages 6 and up. I rely on behavior therapy and several other evidence based modalities to ensure my clients reach their goals in therapy. It is important to me that my clients feel heard and they are given psychological techniques that actually work for them to overcome difficult emotions, behavior or life situations. I am dedicated to helping my clients all they through so they can live the life they want.
