Hi, I'm Sarah, and I'm so glad you're here! I'm a mental health therapist with Northside Behavioral Health Group in Lincoln, NE, who works with young people ages 6 and up. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, and/or trauma, and are caught in cycles of maladaptive coping - engaging in self-injury, aggressive behavior, disordered eating, or substance use in an attempt to suppress uncomfortable thoughts or emotions. It is my job (and my passion!) to meet my clients where they're at and support them in getting to where they want to go.
